SUMMER SKILLS

B & D Skills is offering a 12 week skills session Sunday evenings, from June 7-August 23.  All sessions will be held at Alexio Arena in Taunton, MA.  Sessions will run 6-7pm ( LTS and Mites), 7-8 pm (Squirt and PW), and 8-9pm (Bantam and Midget).  Boys and girls, ages Mites thru Midgets are welcome.  Each session will be divided into age/skill-based groups.  (Please feel free to contact us to see if this program is for your son/daughter.) This summer’s session will be a high-speed program geared toward building each skater’s individual skill level and physical conditioning.  Every session of this program is designed using current USA Hockey skills and conditioning drills.  Our on-ice sessions will push each player out of his/her comfort zone.  We utilize 4 station drills, focusing on Skating, Passing, Puck Control, and Shooting.  All of our sessions will include a dedicated goalie station, which will concentrate on the technical skills needed to excel in the crease.  B & D Skills will provide its participants with a professional, safe, and controlled environment to achieve their individual goals.
